When did you join Mom to Mom? I joined Mom to Mom in Jan/Feb of 2007. I have a 3-year-old daughter named Evie and a 12-year-old stepson named Benjamin.

What do you sell? I sell a Whole Food, dietary addition, called Juice Plus. Juice Plus includes over 22 fresh, fruits and vegetables that have been juiced, then dried and encapsulated or put into a chewable form for our consumption.

How/where do you sell? I do direct sales from my home, wellness events, I address people's individual interests and needs as they arise; as well as offer my Juice Plus Virtual Franchise website for folks to purchase the whole food options online. 

Areas covered? I travel all over the State of Maine as well as other areas in New England.

Do you offer a discount to Mom to Mom members or other special services? The benefits offered to Mom to Mom members include: FREE, in home (or at a venue of your choosing) Wellness Presentations, for individuals or groups, large and small, that cover general nutrition and tips, recipes and ideas for getting more fruits and vegetables into our family's diet. I offer my time to those interested in improving their overall health and fitness by asking/answering questions and offering sound solutions to achieve wellness. Juice Plus also comes at no cost, to your child, 4 years and older, if one adult in the household purchases the product. It is called The Children's Health Study and there are over 500,000 children participating to date.

How did you get started in this business? I started working with NSA, the makers of Juice Plus, when I found that nutritional advice went hand in hand with my fitness work and I needed a plan B to increase my income in order to spend more time with my daughter. 

What's your favorite product/service that you sell and why? I do not have a favorite whole food. I trust and consume all of the products that I sell. They have been a nutritional safety belt for me and my family. 

A little more about you ... Having my own business has improved my health and the health of my family in many ways. My daughter was born at 27 weeks and spent the first few months of her life in the hospital. She was not able to attend daycare and therefore, I needed a way to support my family financially while caring for my child. Evie, is now a thriving three year old; due in large part to our attention to proper nutrition, which includes eating 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. I was not willing to work with just any company. NSA and all those employed by the company have a commitment to safety and quality. It is truly a company with heart. Their mission aligns perfectly with my values and expectations of a company's responsibility to its individual customers and to the environment. I am so lucky that I get to be working with a team of individuals whom I respect and admire and just happen to be my close friends! Thank you.
